Neck Exerciser

The Neck Exerciser helps you build strength and improve your posture. It consists of thin, industrial-strength springs, surrounded by soft touch foam designed to cradle the neck and shoulders. Once the device is on, slowly tilt your head back (or to the side) to perform the exercises. Use it a few minutes a day to prevent neck pain and restore proper cervical curvature.
